Planning and Development Engineer or Technologist

The Planning and Development Engineer or Technologist, reporting to the Manager of Engineering, is responsible for outreach and communications with each participating community and federal agencies to identify development plans, assess capacities of water and wastewater infrastructure for growth, coordination of infrastructure upgrades with other planned construction projects, related engineering services for the project management (planning, design, and construction management) of a wide range of capital projects.
You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of your co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations and AFNWA’s Occupational Health and Safety Program Manual.
