Elsipogtog First Nation hosts its annual traditional pow wow on September 3-4 in Elsipogtog, NB.

AFNWA hosts a Lunch & Learn on Thursday, September 8, from 12:00 - 1:00 pm in the boardroom. Sun Life Financial will lead the discussion about pensions.

Gold River First Nation hosts its annual pow wow on September 10-11 in Gold River, NS.

Kingsclear First Nation hosts its annual traditional pow wow on September 17-18 in Kingsclear, NB.

The final pow wow of the season takes place on September 24-25 in Paqtnkek, NS!

The AFNWA Board of Directors meet on Thursday, September 29, starting at 8:00 AM. This meeting is scheduled to be held via Zoom. A Zoom link was sent out to all Board members and Senior Management Staff.

September 30, 2022, marks the second National Day for Truth and Reconciliation with events being held in Indigenous communities.  AFNWA offices are CLOSED on this day.
